Description: If you think exercise has to feel like work, think again! Our Zumba class proves that fitness can be a dance party, no matter your age. Participants range from their 30s to their 80s, and when asked to describe the class, the very first word that comes up is always “fun”.
A Zumba class with Kelly is like stepping into a dance party where everyone’s invited. Set to upbeat Latin and international music, the moves are simple, repetitive, and easy to follow—no dance experience needed! Each class runs just under an hour, with plenty of options to keep things low-impact or turn up the energy, so every participant can move at their own level. It’s a pay-what-you-can class, open to all ages and abilities, and the focus is on having fun, not perfection. The time flies by in a blur of music, movement, and laughter.
Whether you’re looking for a heart-healthy workout, a way to stay moving, or simply an hour of joy each week, Zumba is a perfect fit. Come see why our participants keep coming back—it’s fitness you’ll actually look forward to!
