Community Health Navigator Position

Central Hall Commons (CHC) and Helping Hands with Heart (HHH) are looking for a person ready to assume this dynamic part-time position of Community Health Navigator.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel the region, demonstrate excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and documentation, demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and to advocate positively for others and for our region.
This position will start at $18-21.50/hour, depending on skills and experience. Completion of the CHW Core Competency Training online certification program during the first 6 months of employment is required. Flexible hours; may include nights and weekends on occasion. Maine Highlands Region resident with experience in public health, non-profit management, social services, etc., is encouraged.
